Syrco Bakker

Syrco Bakker’s inspiration for our Aubrion Chocolates “Citrus” truffle. Chef of restaurant Restaurant PureC  (2 star Michelin and currently rated 17.5 out of 20 by Gault&Milliau) . He is also the creator of Hierbas de las dunas ,a tasteful elegant liqueur made with herbs from the North Sea dunes and a perfect match with our “Citrus” truffle.
